Introduction to Hand Drumming
Learn the basics of hand drumming through a six-week Introduction to Hand Drumming Program. You'll learn to play the Djembe drum while exploring traditional and non-traditional rhythms from around the world.

This class helps students develop a powerful cultivation practice around drumming that nurtures a personal meditation and wellness practice.
