About the event

Join Jared Bistrong and Lex Schmidt for this profound Live Sound Healing to Silent Headphone experience. The night will start with some Full Moon meditation elixirs by Orion Herbs. Each participant will put on a headphone set and we will begin with a guided meditation, movement and breathwork session with live drumming. From there, participants will lay down and Jared Bistrong, founder and director of the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra, and Lex Schmidt, percussionist & Ngoni player, will lead participants on a unique meditative soundscape that will combine ancient hand-made instruments such as the Didgeridoo & African Harp (Ngoni) with live-to-headphone technology that will lead participants on a deep meditative journey. The blend of live ancient flutes, shamanic drumming, singing bowls, gongs, dueling handpans and didgeridoos will be sure to send participants on a voyage through the cosmos leaving you feeling rejuvenated, balanced and blissfully present.

We'll be meeting on the Beach at 6:30pm. The meditation starts at 7pm. Bring a towel, mat or blanket and be ready to move and relax into a deep sound meditation.
