Sacred Sound Bath at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral

Join the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra for a special Sacred Sound Bath in Miami's first and oldest church, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. This immersive concert and sound bath set in this historical and Architectural marvel will include an evening of movement, breathwork, live music, drumming and dancing and a powerful synchronized sound bath with over 20 sound facilitators and 50+ sacred instruments. We'll enjoy meditation elixirs by Orion Herbs and the entire Cathedral will come to life with an immersive light and projection mapping experience by media sculptor & artist Dnasab. Participants will leave the experience feeling relaxed and blissfully present.

The night will begin with a short concert by Ngoni player Odonata and members of the Sobesho Orchestra.

What to bring:

-A yoga mat/pillow and/or blanket (we will be sitting and lying down on the floor). Bring what will make you comfortable.
